Sizing and men’s or women’s fits

Can every design be made in both men’s and women’s fits?

Yes. Every one of our jockstrap designs can be made in both men’s and women’s fits. Choose the fit and size that feel right for your body and how you want to wear it.

What if I am unsure which size or fit to choose?

Use our contact form and choose Fit and sizing or Men’s or women’s fit. Tell us what you are considering and we will help you think through the best option before you order.

Custom leg-strap adjustments

Can you change the length of the leg straps?

Yes. We are happy to adjust the leg-strap length to help your jockstrap fit your body more comfortably. Because each piece is handmade from scratch, we can account for requested strap adjustments while making it.

How do I request an adjustment?

Use the contact form and choose Leg strap adjustment. Describe the adjustment you need and include your order number if you have already placed an order. We will review the request with you.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All JockStrapStop products are final sale, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please review your fit and sizing choices carefully before ordering, and contact us first if you need help choosing.

What if there is a problem with my jockstrap?

Please reach out through our contact form. Choose Problem with a product or order, include your order number if available, and describe the problem clearly so we can review what happened and help where we can.

Handmade from scratch

Where do your jockstraps come from?

Every product is handmade from scratch by us. We select the materials, cut the pieces, and construct each jockstrap ourselves. We never order finished jockstraps from an overseas manufacturer.

Why does handmade matter?

Making every piece ourselves lets us pay close attention to the materials, construction, stretch, and requested fit adjustments that make the finished garment feel personal.
